This means that from local design partners, trades and artisans to other local non-profits focused on services—the local community is always part of our team.

Grant Allred - Executive Director
Grant Allred serves as Executive Director of Bring It Home, a Northwest Arkansas-based nonprofit where he directs the organization's affordable housing strategy, Community Land Trust development, and community investment initiatives. A Baylor University graduate, Grant brings over a decade of experience spanning institutional banking, real estate development, and private investment management, including roles at Regions Bank, Rainier, MCR Investors, and a private family office. A recognized leader in the affordable housing sector, Grant is committed to expanding access to quality affordable rental housing and long-term homeownership opportunities for working families who have been priced out of the market.

Sophie McAdara - Programs and Operations Manager
Sophie brings a strong background in city planning and housing advocacy to the team, with experience in development review, community education, and programming across both public and nonprofit sectors. A University of Arkansas graduate, her passion for equitable, attainable housing was shaped by work at the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and local housing organizations. She also serves as Executive Director of the Emerging New Urbanists, a national network of rising professionals promoting walkable, inclusive, and environmentally responsible development—particularly active in Northwest Arkansas. Sophie is committed to helping communities grow in ways that honor their people, places, and natural beauty.
