Bring It Home is also locally focused. Be it Cedar City, Utah or within our own backyard in Northwest Arkansas, we ensure that local teams are key. This means that from local design partners, trades and artisans to other local non-profits focused on services—the local community is always part of our team.

Grant Allred - Executive Director
Grant has put his double major (Real Estate & Entrepreneurship/Innovation) from Baylor to use. Beginning as an Analyst/Portfolio Manager for Regions Bank, he quickly moved to development as an Analyst for both Rainier and MCR Investors in Texas. After relocating to NW Arkansas as an Investment Manager for a family office, Grant leaned into his experience to start his own development firm. Guided by a moral compass, his daily goal as Bring It Home Executive Director is to deliver accessible housing for families in NW Arkansas and positive growth throughout the community.

Sophie McAdara - Programs and Operations Manager
Sophie brings a strong background in city planning and housing advocacy to the team, with experience in development review, community education, and nonprofit programming across both public and nonprofit sectors. A University of Arkansas graduate, her passion for equitable, attainable housing was shaped by work at the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and local housing organizations. She also serves as Director of Community for the Emerging New Urbanists, a national network of rising professionals promoting walkable, inclusive, and environmentally responsible development—particularly active in Northwest Arkansas. Sophie is committed to helping communities grow in ways that honor their people, places, and natural beauty.
