Open House
Join us March 15 from 1-3 pm for an Open House to learn more about Arkansas’s first Community Land Trust!
Drop in and tour the homes, enjoy light refreshments, and learn more about the Community Land Trust. This is a great opportunity to see the homes in person and ask questions about the program!
10 homes are available at $160,000 each through the CLT
Homes are available to income-qualified buyers earning 80% or less of Area Median Income (AMI)
For full eligibility details and next steps, visit our website.
Parking: Please park in marked spots only. If on-site parking is full, there are several convenient public lots throughout downtown Springdale. Enjoy a short walk to the homes!
Please note: All CLT homes are made available through the BIHCLT to households earning equal to or less than 80% of Area Median Income.
Home purchase is subject to both income and resale restrictions through the BIHCLT.

Lender Information Session
Bring it Home will be hosting a Community Land Trust Information Session geared towards Lenders on January 15th, 2026.
Because CLT homes include specific resale and deed-restrictions, we know that not all loan products are a natural fit. We’re hoping to be proactive by connecting with local lenders to:
Share how CLT properties are structured
Identify loan products that may work well within the model
Build trusted lending partnerships for future CLT homebuyers
This will be an informational session focused on understanding the CLT model and discussing alignment with existing lending products.
If you’re unable to attend but would still like to learn more about the Community Land Trust or explore whether this could be a fit for your institution, I would be happy to connect one-on-one or grab coffee at your convenience. Please email sophie@webringithome.org with questions
